06/13/2019 MV Stop/CDS Arrest, PO
Johnson: Nicole Dean, 21, of Hamburg and
Brandon Noorman, 22, of Lafayette were arrested for possession of Heroin during
a motor vehicle stop on Route 15 North. Both were processed and released
pending a future court date
06/15/2019 DWI, PO Paskas: Thomas Knysz, 21, of Newfoundland was arrested for DWI after
stopped in traffic and asking PO Paskas if he could go around to enter Mason
Street Pub. Mr. McGowan was arrested, processed and released pending a future
court date.
06/17/2019 Suspicious Person, DWI,
CDS Arrest P.O. Ondish: Edward Flanagan, 29, of
Lafayette was reported acting suspicious in the parking lot of Franks Pizza.
His vehicle had substantial front end damage and he was stumbling around his
vehicle. Further investigation revealed he was under the influence of CDS, had
Heroin and Marijuana in his possession and was involved in a motor vehicle
crash, which he fled. Mr. Flanagan was arrested and released pending a future
court date.
6/22/2019 DWI, PO Parisi: Harry Melber, 31, of Rockaway, was arrested for DWI after trying
to leave Windlass/Alice?s Restaurant, as security officer stopped Harry Melber
from driving away and made him park his vehicle when he believed he was too
intoxicated to drive. Mr. Melber was arrested, processed and released pending
a future court date.
6/27/2019 MVA/DWI, PO Parisi / PO McGowan: Joseph
Capaccio, 31, of Mine Hill, was arrested for DWI after failing to navigate a
bend in the roadway and struck a guardrail on Ridge Road and Russia Road. He
was arrested, processed and released pending a future court date.
