1/4/19, 19-00425, DWI/10-46, Stokes: Scott Lang, 56, of Lake Hopatcong took a wide right turn from Espanong Rd. onto Brady Rd. and struck the left front portion of a vehicle coming up to the stop sign with the left front portion of his vehicle.  Scott was arrested for DWI. Mr. Lang was transported to Jefferson Township Police Headquarters to be processed. He was issued motor vehicle summons and released pending a future court date. The other driver and passenger were transported to Dover Hospital after complaining of pains from the seatbelts.  


1/11/19, 19-01276, Warrant Arrest, Fuehring: Christopher Pereira, 44, of Oak Ridge was arrested on a Sussex County warrant. He was turned over to Sussex County Sheriff?s Department.  


1/16, 19-1786 ? MVA / DWI / Assault on PO / Resisting Arrest, Ondish / Quidort / Saparito:  Sarah Jacoby, 27 of Mt. Arlington, crashed her vehicle into the woods on Lower BVR.  Upon further investigation it appeared she was under the influence of alcohol.  Ms. Jacoby was arrested and transported to HQ.  After several failed breath attempts, she was charged with DWI and Refusal.  In the process of serving Ms. Jacoby her summonses and escorting her out of HQ, she became combative and struck Officer Quidort.  She was then placed under arrest again. Ms. Jacoby was processed on her criminal complaints, for Aggravated Assault, and released to a family member. Ms Jacoby was issued the following summons: 39:4-50 Operating Under Influence of Liquor, 39:4-96 Reckless Driving, 39:4-51B Open Container, 39:4-29 Fail to Possess Drivers Ins Card, 39:3-29 Fail to Possess Drivers Reg, 39:3-29 Fail to Possess Drivers License, 39:3-72 Tire Equipment, 39:4-50.2 Consent To Take Samples of Breath, 39:4-50.4A Refusal To Submit To Chemical Test, 39:4-88b Unsafe Lane Change, 39:4-97 Careless Driving, 2C:12-1B(5)(A) Aggravated Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer, 2C:29-2A(1) Resist Arrest/Elud-Prevents officer from effecting arrest, 2C:33-2A(1) Disorderly Conduct  and 2C:33-4A Harassment - Communicating in a manner to cause alarm.
