On August 4,
2017, Bonnie Biville, 21, of Mt. Arlington was arrested by PO McGowan for
Driving While Intoxicated, Leaving the Scene of an Accident, Reckless Driving,
Endangering an Injured Victim and Assault by Auto. She was transported to
Morris County Correctional Facility pending a court hearing.
At 8:43am PO
McGowan responded to Minisink Road on a report of a struck pedestrian. PO
McGowan located a pedestrian who had suffered a head injury by being struck by
a vehicle. The pedestrian was transported to the hospital and is in stable
condition at this time.
investigation revealed Ms. Biville was operating a 2014 Jeep on Minisink Road
and struck another motor vehicle, continued on Minisink Road, then striking a
pedestrian, who was walking on the side of the road. Ms. Biville fled the
assistance of Mt. Arlington Police Department, the vehicle and its operator,
Ms. Biville, was located and subsequently arrested.
incident is still under investigation by TSO. Roger Davis and D/Sgt. Sean
